Return & Exchange Policy

Airmada Drying Solutions LLC accepts returns and exchanges of stocked items for up to 90 days from the original shipment date.

To be eligible, returned products must:

• Be unused and in original condition.

• Include all original packaging and components.

• Be received and inspected by Airmada before credit or exchange is issued.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping charges to Airmada.

• Shipping charges for replacement products.

If a product is determined by Airmada to be defective under warranty, Airmada will pay the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Custom products, including custom finishes and AirPocket Doors, are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All custom product sales are final.

This Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Airmada's Terms & Conditions.
